Richard Fields
Richard Fields is the Chairman of Coastal Development, LLC, which finances and develops resort properties, entertainment venues, and casino gaming facilities. Richard Fields co-developed the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel with locations in Tampa and Hollywood, Florida. The casino resorts, which opened in early 2004, are among the most successful in North America. In 2008 Richard Fields has also acquired the Trump Marina Hotel in Atlantic City, a property he bought from Donald Trump through Coastal Marina, LLC an affiliate of Coastal Development, LLC. Coastal Marina will rebrand and refurbish the property into a new destination resort under the "Margaritaville™" brand.
Richard Fields is also active in thoroughbred horse racing and American quarter horse competitions. Richard Fields is the largest shareholder of Suffolk Downs, a thoroughbred race track in Massachusetts as well as the cutting and roping, ranch Jackson Land & Cattle in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
